I already have a fitness routine. Will this hinder that?

I hate cardio. Should I do this?

No, Live 02 is a completely optional stand alone tool that can enhance your experience, but only if you are comfortable with the mask on your face and the concept of oxygen deprivation.
When is Live O2 not for me?
If you are not comfortable with wearing a mask or anything that may constrict airflow, Live 02 may not be fore you.
Will Live O2 help me lose weight?
What does the experience feel like using Live 02?
One of the protocols is to go to altitude on the rests and have positive O2 on the sprints. In this way, it helps the body realise that air is just another form of resistance training. Can I stop the Live 02 in the middle of a workout if I'm uncomfortable?
Absolutely. You are monitored through the entire duration of your workout at Phoenix Fit. If at any time you’re uncomfortable, just stop working out and take the Live 02mask off. We can resume whenever you’re ready, with or without the Live 02.
Does your cardiovascular endurance improve by using Live 02?
Yes, adding resistance to your workouts through adaptive contrast improves cardiovascular endurance tremendously.
Do I need my own mask when using Live 02?
Yes, you will need your own mask. Medical grade masks can be purchased from Phoenix Fit for $50 per mask. Masks can be kept and cleaned after each workout for up to one year.
